Zurich Festival, Street Parade and Zurich Film Festival are just a few Highlights of Zurich’s event calendar. Throughout the year numerous sports events and open-air concerts draw athletes and spectators, celebrities and fans from all over the world to Zurich.
Every three years in July, approximately two million visitors take over the city to celebrate the “Züri Fäscht” (Zurich festival) on the giant festival ground with music and food stands. You can even watch the spectacular fireworks from the terrace of The Restaurant.
At the Zurich Film Festival end of September, visitors have the opportunity to watch domestic and international movies, premieres, and cinematic classics. At the core of the Festival, international stars and celebrities can be seen at the Golden Eye Award.
