Michael Schuler, who spent five years in the kitchen with Stefan Heilemann - most recently as his sous chef at Widder Hotel -, opened his first fine dining restaurant with us in Alex Lake Zurich in 2021: the AQUA. He and his team were awarded the coveted Michelin star for their outstanding creations. In the 14-seat restaurant with a view over the entire Lake Zurich, our team serves a gourmet dinner of the extra class. The finest ingredients, the highest level of culinary craftsmanship and attention to detail are combined to create a dining experience in spirit of the City and Lake Resort: unforgettable and unique!

Together with him you will prepare a delicious 4-course menu and you will be right there with everything from slicing the vegetables to tasting the fine creation. Michael Schuler shows you important tips and tricks of a professional chef - so that you can also do it at home!
